We only accept exchange & Replacements (No Return & Refund)

If You Dont like the product (any reason) You Can Apply For An Exchange

If The Product is Damaged/Faulty/Not Same As Shown So You Can Apply For Replacement.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully. 

1. Eligibility for Replacements & Exchange

We accept only exchange & Replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 1 day of delivery

Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
  • Customized or engraved products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure (beyond stated resistance), or negligence
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of:

  • The product
  • Outer packaging
  • Invoice label

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and share return instructions

Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us within 5 days.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
